This would be great on sugar cookies. Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons meringue powder |
6 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl at high speed of electric mixer until smooth and cover with a towel until ready to use.
2. (icing is best for piping decorations you want to completely harden) Makes 2 cups.
