Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups sugar |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
fresh mint leaves, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine 6 cups water and the sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and chill in the fridge. When fully chilled, add the lemon juice and salt. Serve with fresh mint leaves. |
