great ending to a hot summer day (after grilling) Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup packed br. sugar |
3/4 cup cold butter (cubed) |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 gal.vanilla ice cream,(softened) |
1 can(12oz.) frozen pink lemonade, thawed |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the flour & brown sugar, cut in butter 2. until crumbly. Stir in pecans. 3. Spread in a single layer into a greased 15 in x 10 in baking pan 4. Bake 375 for 9-12 min. or until golden brown. 5. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. 6. In a large bowl, beat ice cream & lemonade until blended. 7. Sprinklehalfof the crumbles into a greased 13 in x 9 in dish 8. Spread with ice cream mixture; sprinkle with remaining crumbles 9. Civer & freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 15 min. 10. before serving |
