LEMONADE CHEESECAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hamilton Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
1 teaspoon lemonade flavor mix |
1/4 cup cold milk |
8 ounce tub whipped topping thawed |
9 ounce graham cracker crumb crust |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and drink mix in large bowl until well blended and smooth. 2. Gradually add milk mixing until well blended then gently stir in whipped topping. 3. Spoon into crust and refrigerate 4 hours. |
