Ingredients:

1 cup(s) water |
10 whole(s) lemons |
Directions:
1. combine water and sugar in pan, bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer (do not stir), until sugar dissolves. 3 to 4 mins. remove and let cool. 2. place small strainer over measuring cup. cut lemons in half and using a reamer, squeeze 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice. 3. in large pitcher, combine lemon juice, cooled sugar mixture and 4 cups of cold water. taste for tartness, if too tart add 1 to 2 cups of more cold water. |
