Ingredients:
3 lemons |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 pints water |
1 sprig mint |
ice |
lemon slice (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Cut the lemons into dice. Put into a jug with the sugar. 2. Pour on boiling water and leave for 15 - 30 minutes until strong without becoming bitter. 3. Strain. 4. Put mint into the serving jug with ice and slices of fresh lemon an hour before serving. 5. Makes 6-8 glasses |
