Delicious dressing and good for the waistline. Excellent with Spinach-Mushroom salad (separate posting) Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 clove garlic, pressed |
pepper |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Whisk everything together except the yogurt. 2. When well blended whisk in the yogurt. |
