Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 vanilla bean, split |
1 1/4 cups simple syrup made from equal parts sugar and water |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients. Chill 30 minutes then turn in an ice cream freezer. |
