A delicious Middle-Eastern dip, if you don't have any plain yoghurt you can use sour cream, it works just as well. Serve with grilled Pita bread chips. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 teaspoons poppy seeds |
2 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Crush the garlic and cook in a pan, until cooked completely, but not brown. 2. Mix all other ingredients together. 3. Serve. |
