Very simple recipe that really enhances the delicate taste of yellow squash. Ingredients:
4 yellow squash, 1/2 inch slices |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam the squash until just tender, drain. 2. Toss the squash with the butter, lemon, salt and pepper. 3. Serve. |
