Ingredients:

2/3 cup distilled white vinegar

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 1/2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well mixed, season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
2. Serve at room temperature.
