juice of one lemon |
1 ts prepared hot mustard |
1/2 ts honey |
6 tbs olive oil |
2 tbs minced chives |
freshly ground white pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, and honey, then beat in the olive oil with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and light. 2. Beat in chives and season with pepper. 3. Chill until ready to use. |
