Delicious and bright home made dressing, perfect for Summer salads. Especially wonderful over fresh cucumbers from the garden! For the 1 tsp of dried oregano, I used 1/2 tsp of Pampered Chef Greek seasoning plus 1/2 tsp dried oregano. If you don't have enough lemons for 4 Tablespoons of fresh juice, you can use 2 tbsp lemon juice plus 2 tbsp red wine vinegar. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. 2. Shake well to combine. |
