From Post Moderne Brasserie in Washington D.C. You can also replace the citrus rum with a citrus vodka. Ingredients:
10 -12 lemon verbena leaves |
3 lemon slices |
1 ounce simple syrup |
1 1/2 ounces citrus-infused rum |
club soda, to top |
Directions:
1. Muddle verbena leaves, lemon slices and the 1 ounce of simple syrup in shaker. 2. Add citrus rum and ice. Shake vigorously. 3. Pour into tumbler (do not strain), and top with club soda. |
