This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. The funny thing about the name is that it doesn't contain any actual lemon at all. I use lemon verbena instead because I actually prefer the flavor to real lemons. Anyway, it's good hot or iced. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon lemon verbena |
1 teaspoon tea, white |
1 teaspoon vanilla bean |
Directions:
1. Cut the vanilla bean into little pieces first. 2. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. 3. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes. |
