Lemon Turkey Breast

Ingredients:
1 lb turkey breast cutlets
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon parsley (for garnishing optional)
nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray;.
2. heat for 30 seconds.
3. Add turkey;.
4. sprinkle with lemon pepper.
5. and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until browned and no longer pink in center.
6. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well.
7. Add to pan and cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley.
