1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar |
12 egg yolks, slightly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract |
8 unbaked (4-inch) tart shells |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar, yolks, and lemon extract in a large mixing bowl; stir well. 2. Spoon mixture into tart shells. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. |
