This is from my Simple Foods for the Pack cookbook. This would be good tossed with tuna, peas and pasta. Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice |
3 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons sesame tahini |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon water |
1 garlic clove |
1 pinch salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Carry in an airtight plastic bottle. 4. Shake before using. |
