A light, refreshing dessert.
Ingredients:
1 large lemon (rind and juice)
4 tablespoons dry white wine
2 ounces caster sugar
300 ml thickened cream (double)
Directions:
1. Place the first three ingredients in a bowl and stir to blend.
2. Add cream and whisk until light and thick.
3. Pour into individual dishes and chill.
4. Serves 4.
