This is a super simple but super delicious cake. It is so lite. Its a great dessert after some of those heavier meals. Ingredients:
one of box lemon supreme cake mix |
eggs |
oil |
one large cool whip |
one can eagle brand milk |
lemons |
Directions:
1. Mix cake according to directions.
2. Bake and let cool.
3. Mix eagle brand milk with 1/3 cup lemon juice.
4. Spread 1 cup of mixture between layers.
5. Add the rest of the mixture to the cool whip.
6. Spread cool whip mixture on cake.
