Ingredients:

2 lemons

1 cup sugar

Directions:

1. Remove the peel of two lemons with a zester.
2. Mix the peel with one cup of granulated sugar that has been ground well in a blender.
3. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator .
4. Add to tea or cakes.
