Tangy lemon and garlic coated Sprouts. My favourite way of serving them. Ingredients:
250 -500 g brussels sprouts |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 -2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 -2 clove garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cook sprouts, either steamed, boiled or microwaved, until just tender. 2. Mix altogether the lemon juice, rind, garlic and melted butter. 3. Pour over sprouts and stir to coat. 4. Serve and enjoy. |
