I love these lemony cookies, the sour cream makes them so good - enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 cups sugar |
3 eggs, at room temperature |
1 teaspoon lemon extract |
1 cup sour cream, at room temperature |
3-1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line 2. with parchment paper. Sift together dry ingredients; set aside. 3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and lemon 4. extract; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Stir in dry ingredients; mix 5. well. Stir in walnuts. 6. Drop dough by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Add a 7. pinch of sugar to the top of each cookie before baking. Bake 8 to 10 8. minutes. |
