These are the lemon version of a Chocolate Crinkle Cookie. This recipe only has 4 ingredients which makes it quick and yummy! Ingredients:
1 pkg. (18-1/4 oz.) lemon cake mix with pudding |
2 1/4 cups whipped topping |
1 egg |
confectioners sugar |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. 2. Beat with an electric mixer on med. speed until blended (batter will be very sticky). 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar; roll lightly to coat. 4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
