Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup(s) chicken broth
1/3 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2/3 lemons, zest of
1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
1/4 cup(s) cold water
Directions:
1. In saucepan bring chicken stock to a boil and then add lemon juice, sugar and zest.
2. Return mixture to a boil.
3. Blend together cornstarch and cold water and stir into the lemon sauce.
4. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently and adjust seasoning to taste.
