This recipe came from . This is very, very tart, so if you don't care for that taste, you probably won't like this. I served this with my Low-fat Cream of Asparagus Soup and Bergy's Easy Garlic Rice. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Place chicken in a greased casserole dish. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 4. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until chicken is bubbly and lightly browned. |
