Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a small saucepan; mix well. Gradually add water and lemon juice; stir until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until thickened. Add butter; stir until butter melts. Cool slightly. |
