1 lemon |
1 1/3 cups sour cream |
1/3 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice. 2. Mix the lemon peel and juice with sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until well blended. 3. Cover and refrigerate. 4. Serve with grilled fish or baked potatoes. |
