Cooking Light Aug. 09. The other Lemon-Rosemary Salt on Zaar has garlic. This one does not. They suggest orange rind and thyme as variations on this theme. Or lime and cilantro. Ingredients:
8 teaspoons grated lemon rind (about 2 large lemons) |
4 teaspoons kosher salt |
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mini chopper; pulse 5 times or until well blended. |
