1 lb chicken thigh, boneless |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Whisk together marinade ingredients. 2. Place chicken thighs and marinade in ziploc; refrigerate 30 min-1 hour. 3. Discard marinade and grill thighs over medium grill about 6-8 minutes per side or until no longer pink. |
