Ingredients:
1 cup ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 eggs |
2/3 cup milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until blended. 2. Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat. 3. Pour batter onto pan and cook until batter begins to bubble or pancakes are brown around edges. 4. Flip and cook on other side. |
