This is a wonderful soup! Add some crusty soup! Ingredients:
6 c. of chicken broth |
1 1/2 to 2 c. pf cooked rice |
1 can of cream of chicken soup |
1 whole fresh lemon |
1 or 2 beaten eggs (optional) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. First bring broth to a boil. 2. Then just emove from heat. 3. Them you want to take some mix with egg when mixed. 4. Now you want to pour egg and broth back in soup. 5. Next you want to stir until egg is cooked. 6. Then you want to add the juice and the pulp from lemon, rice, salt, cream of chicken (optional) and pepper. 7. Finally you can garnish with parsley. |
