Ingredients:
2 t butter
2 cups celery, sliced
6 green onions, chopped
1 cup rice, then prepared
2 t lemon rind
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare rice per instructions
2. Melt butter in a large skillet and suate celery and green onions until tender.
3. Stir in remaining ingreients and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
