Recipe calls for 3 cups of hot, prepared rice but had to use unprepared for calculation Southern Living Ingredients:
2 t butter |
2 cups celery, sliced |
6 green onions, chopped |
1 cup rice, then prepared |
2 t lemon rind |
1/2 t salt |
1/4 t pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice per instructions 2. Melt butter in a large skillet and suate celery and green onions until tender. 3. Stir in remaining ingreients and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve. |
