First time I made dis . It goes well with some thick gravy . Makes a good packed meal . Stays fresh for long hours . Ingredients:
2 c rice , cooked with salt |
3 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tsp mustard seed , urad dal and chana dal |
2 whole dried chilli , broken |
pinch of tumeric powder and asafoetida |
1/2 c unsalted peanuts , roasted |
10 curry leaves |
Directions:
1. Fry the dhal and the chilli 2. Add the powders 3. Add the nuts and the mustard seeds and the curry leaves 4. Add the rice and the lemon juice 5. Mix well and Serve |
