a great side dish for any meal Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs medium red potatoes |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped |
chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. cut a strip of peel from the middle of each potato. 2. Place potatoes and water in slow cooker. 3. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 4. Drain. 5. Combine butter lemon juice, chives, and parsley, and pour over potatoes. 6. Toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper. |
