Haven't tried these yet, but I got this recipe from along with the Orange Cranberry Cookies which turned out great, so I'm sure these will be nummy too. Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter |
1 1/3 cups sugar |
1 large egg |
3 large egg whites |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon lemon, zest of |
3 1/2 cups flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/3 cup white chocolate chips |
1/2 cup raspberries |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cream butter and sugar together. 3. One by one, add the eggs and egg whites and mix. 4. Add the lemon juice and zest, mix. 5. Mix the flour and baking soda in another bowl, then add to the first bowl. 6. Add the white chocolate chips and fold in the raspberries. 7. Drop by the teaspoon onto a greased or aluminum foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 7- 10 minutes. |
