lemon pudding |
6 tbl butter real butter |
grated zest of 2 lemons |
3 cup sugar |
6 eggs seperated not divorced, seperated |
6 tea self rising flour |
3 cup milk |
juice of 3 lemons fresh or frozen |
in a foodprocessor |
cream butter with grated lemon and the sugar. |
then when done add yolks |
Directions:
1. add the flour and milk alternately to make a smooth batter 2. scrape down the sides, then blend in lemon juice 3. beat eggs white untill firm snow and delicately fold them into the batter 4. pour into buttered, individual molds and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees in a bain-marie [place molds in a baking pan filled 2/3 full with boiling water] |
