Ingredients:
1 c sugar
3 t flour
1 c milk
2 eggs, separated
47 g lemon juice, & zest of lemon
1/4 t salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Lightly butter or grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish
3. Set baking dish inside a roasting pan and add 1 inch warm water
4. In a medium bowl, combine sugar and flour. Stir in milk, egg yolks, lemon zest and juice and salt
5. In another medium bowl, whip egg whites until stiff
6. Fold into sugar mixture and pour into buttered baking dish
7. Set pans into oven and bake 35 minutes or until a knife blade inserted in the center comes out clean
8. Serve warm
