These grill baked potatoes are their butter and flavors before they hit the grill, allowing it to bake right in. The foil will keep the skins from burning. Ingredients:
2 medium russet potatoes, halved lengthwise |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Deeply cut into the cut sides of potatoes with a sharp knife. 2. Cover the skin side of the potatoes with aluminium foil. 3. Mix together margarine, lemon juice, lemon pepper and garlic powder. 4. Brush mixture on the cut sides and grill for 40 minutes. 5. Brush mixture on every ten minutes. |
