If you like lemon poppyseed muffins, you're gonna LOVE these! Be sure to make the lemon syrup to go with the pancakes. Makes them extra yummy. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick® baking mix |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon poppy seeds |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
2 eggs |
juice of 1 lemon |
pancake syrup |
Directions:
1. Beat ingredients with wire whisk until well blended. Make pancakes as usual. 2. For syrup: Squeeze juice from one lemon and add to usual pancake syrup, stirring well. Perfect lemony syrup! |
