Sweet and tangy with a little bite of Dijon mustard, this is a perfect compliment to green salads with fruit, such as apples and berries. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 cup grapeseed oil |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Slowly drizzle in grapeseed oil, whisking constantly, until combined. Stir the poppy seeds into the mixture. |
