2 cups baking mix (bisquick) |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup club soda |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 teaspoons poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs and oil. 2. Add club soda, lemon juice and vanilla; stir until smooth. 3. Gently fold in poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. |
