these are excellent..moist...these freeze well... Ingredients:
18 1/4 ounces white cake mix |
6 ounces lemon pudding mix |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
3 large eggs, lighty beaten |
1 1/4 cups water |
1/3 vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. in large bowl, blend together cake mix, pudding, and poppy seeds.in seperate bowl, combine eggs, water and oil until well blended. 2. blend dry ingredients into wet and gently stir. 3. line muffin tins with papers.fill each cup 2/3 full. 4. bake in 350* oven for 20 minutes - 5. or toothpick test comes out clean when inserted near the center. 6. cool 5 minutes before removing from tin. 7. then place on wire racks to cool completely - . |
