Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix with pudding |
1 package small instant lemon pudding |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup poppy seed |
1 cup water, hot |
1 lemon, rind of, grated |
Directions:
1. Soak poppy seed in hot water at least 10 minutes. 2. Mix pudding, cake mix, oil and eggs. 3. Beat 1 minute. Add seed and water. 4. Mix well. 5. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. 6. Use 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. 7. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan(s). |
