LEMON PINEAPPLE MOLD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Thompson Estate in Rockwall, Texas in 1995. Ingredients:
1 envelope lemon gelatin |
1 envelope lime gelatin |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1-1/2 cups boiling water |
1-1/2 cups crushed pineapple |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then mix cheese and buttermilk in blender until smooth. 2. Pour into gelatin mixture then add crushed pineapple and let set in refrigerator until firm. |
