This recipe is a cinch to throw together and can be served as either a side dish or a substitute for a dinner salad. Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets |
2 cups cauliflower florets |
1 cup thinly sliced carrot |
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon lemon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 5 minutes; set aside, and keep warm. 2. Combine margarine, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl; stir well. Add vegetables; toss gently. |
