I came up with this when I was trying to find a way to get my husband to eat fish. And it worked! It is very simple and is great with a side of vegetables and rice. Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
lemon pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet. 2. Place salmon on the baking sheet. Mix the melted butter and soy sauce in a small bowl, and brush over the salmon. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper. 3. Broil salmon 6 to 8 minutes, depending on thickness, or until easily flaked with a fork. |
