Super simple, yet party-worthy! These are absolutely fantastic. Pepper is very mild. Ingredients:
1 cup mixed unsalted nuts (i used peanuts, almonds and pistachios) |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
Directions:
1. In large pan, combine cashews and sugar over medium high heat. 2. Stir until sugar melts completely (about 5-7 minutes). Lower heat, and stir in lemon pepper. 3. Pour onto sheet of wax paper on a cooling rack, and spread out. Allow to cool. 4. Store in tightly-sealed container. |
