From Prince spaghetti box Ingredients:
1 lb lemon pepper fettuccine pasta |
1/2 lb peeled uncooked shrimp |
1/4 lb snow peas |
1 red pepper, cut into thin slices |
1/3 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta. 2. While pasta is cooking, saute shrimp for 2-3 minutes in olive oil in skillet. 3. Add snow peas and red pepper, and saute for another 3-4 minutes. 4. Toss with pasta and serve. |
