This is quick and simple to make... Its a good dressing to bottle up and give away during the holidays. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon each whole pink peppercorns and green peppercorns |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons white rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Lightly crush peppercorns with a mortar and pestle. 2. Pour crushed peppercorns into a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and whisk until blended. 3. Pour into a jar. 4. Makes 1 1/4 cups 5. This will store for one month. |
